thursday apr 4-15-10

orange juice (lrg mcdonalds)
mc frappe mocha (mc donalds)

excersize:
walked 10min around work campus

snack:
passion fruit tea
granola bar (kashi)


lunch@ work:
salad from sendicks (lettuce, fetta, cranberries dries, walnuts, orange seg, balsalmic vinegette)
lean cusine- thia chix with rice
yougart parfette (yougart, granols, strawberries) from sendicks
brisk strwberry melon

dinner@ home:
salad with cranberries dries, lettuce, red onion, walnuts, fetta, cottage cheese, balsalmic,
all-bran crackers with laughing cow cheese 2, fetta 1.5, red onion, tomatoe, avacado,

Desserts:
2 popciciles
