breakfast:

2 handfulls of baked tortilla chips with pineapple salsa

snack:
4pieces chocolate from wonka bar
passion fruit tea

lunch:
2 cups tuna salad
strawberry kashi bar
pretzels
yogart

dinner:
banana
aprox 4 cups mac with chix brocolli
trail mix kashi bar
milk 8pz
