sunday 4-18-10 RACE DAY!!!!

breakfast:
poptart
vitamin water

lunch at The bar
mini nacho
cheesburger with fries
2 armoetto sour
2 diet coke
water

dinner with jessie and family
onion rings
shrimp and fish basket with fries
side salad with french
cherry lemonade 2

dessert:
ice cream from dq blizard choc extream
popcorn with mms
diet a&w

excersize; walked abt 7-8 blocks from start line to were the 6 mile marker meets back up at cross section, stood entier time at mile markers and finish line waiting for 3 hours and 4 min.
